The site of Tower 31 project is located in the Pearl Qatar and the works  consist of Construction and Maintenance of the Residential Tower.
 

The 101.20 meter high Tower consists of the following:

The project is for the construction of 23 Private Villas and their entire associated external works such as internal road blocks, boundary walls, pavements, drainage, lights poles etc.
